R. Scott Peden is a legally trained executive with broad based skill set and 24 years of managerial, marketing and communications experience at a variety of corporate maturity levels. His long and varied experience includes regulatory compliance, contract and document drafting, intellectual property and governmental relations. His governmental relations experience includes drafting legislation and regulations, testifying before state legislators and members of the U.S. Senate. Additionally, Mr. Peden has years of experience in public appearances including radio, television, large group meetings, public school classrooms, community theater and musical performance venues. Mr. Peden is as comfortable in the courtroom as he is in business meetings. He is an experienced commercial litigator and negotiator involving various business topics. Mr. Peden has been married for fifteen years to a wonderfully talented musician and has two children who are also talented musicians.
